Dignity Health Employees

Employee Giving

Employee involvement throughout Dignity Health is a sign of true commitment to our mission and vision. One of the many ways that Dignity Health employees can show their support and humankindness is by contributing to Bakersfield Memorial Hospital Foundation through our employee giving program. Gifts made through employee giving directly impact the quality of care that our patients receive. Vital equipment purchases have been made possible through the support of our Bakersfield Dignity Health employees.

The Foundation holds a semi-annual employee giving enrollment campaign called "Kindness Counts", but pledges and donations are welcome anytime throughout the year.

The following funds are currently available for employee support:

  • The Lauren Small Children's Center/Children's Miracle Network
  • The Dignity Health Infusion Center at Comprehensive Blood and Cancer Center (CBCC)
  • Areas of Greatest Need (as identified by the Foundation board in conjunction with hospital leadership)
