Memorials and Tributes
Memorial gifts are a thoughtful and special way to recognize a relative, friend, community leader or loved one. Gifts can also be made in honor of a special person who has touched your life. Gifts can be made in honor of a physician or hospital staff person who provided you or your family with excellent care. Gifts can also be made in honor of a special anniversary, birthday or life achievement. While many choose these types of gifts to be directed to Where the Need is Greatest as a lasting memory or in honor of someone special, memorial gifts and tributes can be directed to a variety of programs and services at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital.
Bakersfield Memorial Hospital's Guardian Angels Program provides grateful patients with an opportunity to show gratitude to the physician, nurse or other employee who played a special role in their care at Memorial Hospital. We invite you to remember that individual or department by making a Guardian Angel contribution in his/her honor. Upon receipt of your gift, BMH Foundation will notify your Guardian Angel with a card that a gift was made in his/her honor, present your Guardian Angel with a special lapel pin and acknowledge you and your Guardian Angel in BMH publications (unless you wish to remain anonymous).
