Bakersfield Memorial Hospital is the exclusive Kern County hospital partner in the Kohl's Cares for Kids® program. Proceeds from Kohl's KCK $5 books and plush toys sold at local Kohl's store locations benefit community childhood obesity prevention and intervention education through the Mercy & Memorial Hospitals Department of Special Needs and Community Outreach "Healthy Kids in Healthy Homes funded by Kohl's Cares for Kids" program.
Ronald McDonald House at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital
Ronald McDonald House Charities announces the establishment of the Ronald McDonald House at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. Located on the east side of the BMH campus, Ronald McDonald House offers families a way to stay together in proximity to the treatment hospital, and be comfortable and cared for during their stay.
